IMPORT USERS

• You can use randomized file names and secure extension to protect the file from the eyes of the portal users.
• You can select not to export passwords.
• You can create random passwords instead of users own passwords.
• You can select not to export roles.
• On text filters you can define a part of a word.
• You can use more than one field as a filter. (You can enter data in Name and Lastname, then only records matching the words in name and lastname will be exported)
• Calendar fields are full date w/o time.
• Culture, Time Zone and Roles are multiple choice.
• Other lists are single choice (or All)
• You can not use State abbreviations. You have to write full or a part of the state. If you enter "New" (w/o quotes) you will get all users with states begining by New.
• You can not get the password of the Administrators but will get a "*" instead.
